YES, to do so, you must obtain a Marriage License before the ceremony, and afterward, you must apply to us for the "Validation Process" for your country of origin or wherever you will be living. (There are three types of processes for this: 1 - "Common Process" and takes 45 days; 2 - "48-hour Process"; 3 - "24-hour Process" and each with a different price.)
Yes, they give it to you right there. The process is quick, taking approximately 15 to 20 minutes. If there's no line... and if you've already filled out the online application before coming or going to the office, it's done in less time, approximately 10 minutes. If you'd like, we have a "Transportation Assistance" service to help you with this process. (For a small fee, a trusted person will pick you up at your hotel and take you to the government office. They will assist you with the process and verify that everything is done correctly and that there are no errors. Afterwards, they will take you back to the hotel.)
Yes and No..., NO because this process is optional and requires a fee... and there are two ways to do so: 1- "Common Process": It takes between 10 and 15 days to arrive by mail to your home address within the USA. (This is the slowest process)
2- "Express Processing": This is the fastest and can be obtained on the day of the wedding or the following business day during office hours. This allows you to take it in person if you stay long enough to process it. We are almost the only ones who can help you with these procedures.
YES, that's the norm. It's recommended to make a reservation a couple of weeks in advance to ensure we have the time and staff available to provide you with the best care and service.
We also cater to couples who want to get married right away, but please note that you may have to wait for availability.
Reservations can be made by credit or debit card with a deposit of $100 for packages under $500. And $200 for packages costing more than $500. This can be done from the website where the selected package is located, or via email, phone, or WhatsApp. The remaining balance must be paid before the ceremony begins. You can also pay in full if you prefer.
YES, you can request to change the date and time of the ceremony to any available time we have, without additional charges and provided it is done at least 48 hours in advance.
If this change is made with less than 48 hours' notice, a $100 fee will be charged if availability is available.
In any case, the ceremony can always be postponed up to a year after the originally scheduled date.
Typically the ceremony lasts around 15 minutes for a regular ceremony and around 20 or 25 minutes if there is a show with an interpreter (an Elvis impersonator for example...) We recommend for regular ceremonies, that you plan to be with us for around half an hour, during which we accommodate the guests, make the final adjustments, and take photos before and after the ceremony.
We offer all types of ceremonies, including legal civil weddings. They can also have a religious touch if the couple requests it, although it will never be a religious wedding or of any particular religion. We also perform vow renewal ceremonies, commitment ceremonies, symbolic ceremonies (as important and heartfelt as official ceremonies but without government papers), and/or fantasy weddings for entertainment. For many, fantasy weddings are very popular today among couples and groups of friends.
The couple must arrive at the chapel 25 minutes early to fill out paperwork and discuss details with the minister and photographer. Make sure to leave early and allow for city traffic. If you arrive late, you will be charged a $50 late fee, as will any late arrivals (we can't always guarantee this time; otherwise, we will have to reschedule the ceremony, and there will be a $100 late fee). Make sure to let your guests know to arrive before the wedding.
